We thought since it was a sunny day we would go to Shibuya again to get some nice blue sky photos :)
This is the main shopping area in Harajuku which is really popular with teenagers at the weekend ( some of the outfits are so crazy :P)
This is the Shrine in Harajuku park ( yoyogi-koen) where a lot of ladies were in Kimonos and a traditional Japanese wedding was taking place which we were very lucky to see, as many Japanese couples now have western weddings. (the bride and groom are in the picture below :)
Meeting up with Yuki in Harajuku and travelling around Tokyo for the day!
Yuki stayed with us for a year to study in England and we all wanted to meet up and see how everyone was doing we had a fun day :)
Yuki suggested that we should try a Maid cafe which she had never been to before so we all had a new experience that we would not likely to forget in a hurry.
It more or less had teenage girls dressed as maids like the character below, that then waited and served us cakes and tea, while we had to do a hand heart and sing a song that Yuki said made no sense( it was very surreal and I could not imagine it working in the UK. :P)
It was also funny to watch all these customers come in and sing songs too.
Arm wrestling in Ueno park.
Out side a Temple near Tokyo tower. :)
Yuki told us that these little statues all represent a stillborn baby :(
Up Tokyo Tower when its starting to get dark.
Tokyo Tower lit up at night.
